Abstract:
This internship report is basically prepared on the "Analyzing Customer Experience of Social Media Marketing of RR-Imperial Electricals Limited”. Operation is a very important sector of any business organization, which highly impacts the value of the organization. The operations department actually focuses on the management of account-related issues. There are plenty of operational roles and activities that they have to maintain effectively. Information and technology have a great impact on operations. Through digitalization, the operations departments of business organizations are now able to operate their tasks and activities automatically in a short time.
The objective of this report is to analyze customer base of RR RR-Imperial Electricals Ltd. To complete this report, the following steps are taken to collect and analyze the reporting data and information:. Major findings and some recommendations for the organization are also enclosed in this report. The majority of the findings are strongly agreeable.
