Abstract:
Today’s corporate world is more focused on customer-centric organization and all
business organizations try to make a win-win relationship with their customers and
employees. Without customer satisfaction it is very difficult to be not only a profitable
organization but also a great organization.
Customer complaint monitoring and management is the big challenge of any
organization. Here, the solutions we are preparing will be presented as a software
named Corporate ticketing management System (CTMS) comes with the complete
complaint management solution for any types of business organizations. In
Bangladesh unfortunately most of the organization’s corporate management system
is traditional. CTMS can overcome the barriers of traditional corporate management
systems by easily accessing the customer information, complaints and resolution with
internal or external teams.
To be a successful Organization and to maintain the position customer satisfaction is
fundamental. Many organization now has branch concept and maintaining global
offices, so it is really a badly need to monitor and resolve the customer complaint along
with internal support activities to all over the world. It’s very vital for any business or
services that the information must be accurate and updated. But in manual system it
is usually very difficult because it has large number of drawbacks.
The programming language or front-end tool used here is HTML, CSS, Java-Script
and the front-end tool used here is Python Django Framework. the database here is
MySQL. Unified Modeling Language will be used to analyze current system
procedures and problems’ requirements, design a logical solution to the problems, and
then implement the result through programming language and database.
