Abstract:
The main objective of the report is to discuss my job responsibilities during my internship,
knowledge gathered during the internship period, and most challenging task performed. The report is mainly based on secondary data. EXIM Bank Limited (EBL) started their journey on 21 January, 1982 being registered as a banking company on 2 August, 1988. An overview of EXIM Bank Limited (EBL) and banking industry has been focused on the report. Different products and services offered by EXIM Bank Limited (EBL) are also shown in the report. The report describes the knowledge I have learned during the internship period such as general banking functions. During my internship training, I was charged with different types of duties. I stapled different sorts of document with authorization and give authorization seal, filling of document and data entry, issuing cheque books, posting account from voucher, bringing out cheque books for the customers, verifying them, writing and later on printing on pay orders, finding the account opening forms, helped in opening account for new customers and aiding them in the process. There is not no waiting room facility for customer. The way of entrance and exist is narrow. Managers must need to focus on this problem.
