Internship Report NCC Bank Limited

Abstract

Internship is a 4-credit compulsory course for MBA program. The objectives of this program are to fulfill the gap between academic and real-life situation. After completion of academic course requirement, the students of MBA are sent to various organizations for 12 weeks internship to gather practical knowledge. It helps the student to cope up with the real-life situation. As bank is one of the most important financial institutions. So, I have selected the NCC Bank Limited for internship, which is one of the leading banks of the bank arena in Bangladesh offering full range of Personal, corporate, international trade, foreign exchange, lease finance and capital market service. NCC Bank Limited is the preferred choice in banking for friendly and personalized service, cutting edge technology for business need, global reach in trade and commerce and high yield on investment, assuring excellence in banking service. Descriptive research was used in the report. Two sources of data and information have been used in the report. These are: Primary Sources and Secondary Sources. Sampling plan is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. The population of the report is the total executives of the Bank. Sample frame of the report is every member of NCC Bank Ltd, Darus Salam Road Branch, Mirpur-1, Dhaka-1216. Non- probability convenience sampling procedure is used in the survey. The sample size is 16 employees. The banking system plays a vital role in underpinning the economic development of a country. In the backdrop of Financial Sector Reform Policy streamlining the country’s economy, NCC Bank Ltd. Has achieved great success in all areas of operations with ultimate objective of improving the social0economic development of the country. NCC Bank Limited is one of the largest Privet sectors Bank in Bangladesh with years of experience. Adaptations of modern technology both in terms of equipment of banking practice ensure efficient service to clients. Human Resource Department is playing one of the most outstanding roles in NCC Bank Ltd. Man is the ultimate resource of the organization because they think; speak, so that utilization of this resource is very critical. Every success of origination is depending on efficient and effective manpower. It is true that the human resource management practice of NCC Bank Ltd. Are strong enough to meet objective of the company.
